Extended

Extended is a high-performance hybrid perpetual futures DEX built on StarkNet, developed by a team of former Revolut executives and engineers. Led by Ruslan Fakhrutdinov, the former Head of Crypto Operations at Revolut, Extended (originally launched as X10) brings fintech-grade product design and engineering to decentralized derivatives trading. Eight out of ten team members are former Revolut colleagues, giving the platform a strong foundation in building user-friendly financial products for millions of retail users. The platform offers perpetual futures trading across more than 50 markets covering both cryptocurrency pairs and traditional finance assets including the euro-dollar, gold, the S&P 500, and crude oil, all with leverage up to 100x and USDC settlement. Extended combines off-chain order matching with on-chain settlement on StarkNet, delivering centralized exchange-level speed while maintaining the transparency and self-custody guarantees of decentralized infrastructure. No KYC is required to trade. Extended raised $6.5 million from investors including Tioga Capital, Semantic Ventures, Cherry Ventures, StarkWare, and Cyber Fund, along with angel investments from Revolut executives and Lido co-founder Konstantin Lomashuk. The platform initially launched on StarkEx before migrating to StarkNet mainnet in August 2025, establishing itself as a key derivatives venue on the StarkNet ecosystem.
